What we collect

When you use PersonAIze we process the face photos you upload, the hairstyle results generated from those photos, basic usage events (which page you visited, which buttons you clicked), and — if you create an account — your email address.

We do not collect your name, address, payment card details (Stripe handles those), or contacts from your device.

How we use it

Photos and the resulting images are used only to generate and deliver previews to you. We do not use them to train our own models. We do not share them with advertisers or data brokers. We send each upload to our AI generation provider strictly to produce your result.

How long we keep it

We retain uploaded photos and generated results while your session is active and for a reasonable period afterward to let you revisit your history. We are working toward automated deletion schedules; in the meantime, you can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you. Email privacy@personaizeapp.com and we'll process the request within 30 days.
